This facility will benefit all members of the club and give everyone a place to call home. It will become a hub of activity for the local community. In addition to club members, the facility will be open to other groups such as schools, sports clubs, and community groups.

The world-class facility will enable the Club to grow the financial and human resources that we have available to us. It will contribute to growing our volunteer base, growing our commercial revenues, and maximising stakeholder support. It will lead to improved support for all members of the club and let us offer the best community club we can.

While there is a shortfall in funding, we believe the benefits that the Astro Pitch will deliver to the local community will encourage the community to help raise funds to meet the shortfall.

Inter Kenmare opened a full-size all-weather soccer pitch with floodlights in 2024.

The pitch is available to rent on an hourly basis and reservations can be made for ongoing weekly

slots or as a once off booking.
